It's not, but having one helps keep you accountable in order to stay on the right path towards success. Even coaches have coaches!​

Are all of your plans the same?
Short answer is No. I have multiple training plans depending on the goal of the client. And even if 5 clients had the same goal, each plan would still be very different due to many factors, such as availability of equipment, experience in lifting, nutritional preferences, and Caloric needs.

Do you offer payment plans for your programs?
I currently accept monthly payments for all of my plans.

Do you have any promos or discounts?
I offer a referral bonus for every new client sign-up (limitations apply). I also have seasonal promos and discounts during special events - check the @teamhuanimal Instagram page to stay up to date!

Are we only talking once a week during check-ins?
I have office hours set up Monday-Saturday at various blocks where you can reach me for any question. Check-ins will be Friday or Saturday.

What is a good workout split?
A good workout split is one that caters to your goals, physique and/or strength, and fits in your current schedule. If you can continue to make gains and recover, then you shouldn't change too much of your workout split unless you're striving to find the one that's most optimal for you.

Why can't I gain/lose weight?
You have to first be honest and ask yourself how diligent you've been with both training and nutrition. Take a step back and figure out if there were any events or situations that caused you to fall off track. Jot it down and see what kind of changes you can make in your daily schedule to promote adherence to your program and stick with it for at least 8 weeks. Then, compare your results with the first attempt. If there was improvement, you're going in the right direction.

What is the best diet to lose fat?
For starters, any diet that you can adhere to but still enjoy ends up being a diet that is sustainable long-term. In order to lose the fat, you would need to be in a Caloric deficit, but there are other factors that can make dieting difficult and slow down progress. This is where a coach can help by asking the right questions and coming up with a plan that is productive.

Is there an App I can use to track my food?
My Fitness Pal App allows you to track your nutrition. It has kept me on track through 10+ competitions and has helped hundreds of my clients stay accountable and curious in the kitchen!
